Paddle to see live 80's band Spazmatics at Swabbies on The River! For fun souls and happy people only! If you've never seen this silly yet talented 80's rock band you are missing out on some of the best entertainment in Sacramento! In true FLOW fashion we are going to pull up on our boards after a relaxing downriver paddle and rock out on the water!

Swabbies is an awesome outdoor restaurant right on the water famous for their live music and fish tacos! The vibe there is shorts and sandals and summertime fun! Once we've arrived we will refuel on delicious food, a refreshing beverage and enjoy all that is awesome about summer in our area!

Details:

One way paddle from Verona Marina to Swabbies
Verona Marina is located at 6955 Garden Hwy
Park your car at Elkhorn Boat Launch and we will shuttle up to Verona Marina. Please be at Elkhorn Boat Launch no later than 12:30 so we have time to shuttle and get on the water at 1:00
People renting boards do not have to shuttle back to Verona. Just drop your car at Elkhorn Boat Launch before the paddle and you can leave when you want. We will have boards ready for you at Verona.
Paddle is 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the paddler

Life jackets and leashes are mandatory. Those renting boards will be provided them. If you need a leash please send us a message. rob@flowstandup.com

First time paddlers are on a case by case basis as everyone learns at different levels. If you are an highly active person already you should have no issue. If not, this event is not the best place to learn. Please contact Rob to discuss joining the event.
